30 MINUTES $58 

Curious about Ayurveda, but not really sure what it is? Within this short session we will briefly review what Ayurveda is and how it can help you find a sense of balance and ease to your life. Upon completion, you will leave with one daily routine that will help with you along this journey.

discovery session

75 MINUTES $110 

During this time together we will discuss your personal health and wellness goals and how Ayurveda can benefit you. Upon completion, you will leave with some tools that can help on the journey to living a balanced life. 

ayurvedic wellness journey

3 SESSIONS $285 

This package includes your initial consultation (90 minutes), plus 2 (60 minutes) follow up sessions. During our time together we will review your health and wellness goals and formulate a plan to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle. We may use any of the following methods/practices to achieve balance:

  • Evaluation of daily routines

  • Personalized meditations

  • Herbs

  • Modern day neuroscience

  • Yoga + movement practices

  • Emotional processing

  • Diet + lifestyle patterns 

After completion, the client will walk away with tools that will help lead a more balanced life, which may include digital handouts and recorded meditations. During the duration of this package, the client will have unlimited email support from Lyndsay.

ayurvedic wellness journey

5 SESSIONS $425 

This package includes your initial consultation (90 minutes), plus 4 (60 minutes) follow up sessions. This extensive journey will allow us to dive deep into your health and wellness goals and allow ample time to formulate a plan to implement and achieve a balanced lifestyle over a period of 2 - 4 months. We may use any of the following methods/practices to achieve balance:

  • Evaluation of daily routines

  • Personalized meditations

  • Herbs

  • Modern day neuroscience

  • Yoga + movement practices

  • Emotional processing

  • Diet + lifestyle patterns

After completion, the client will walk away with tools that will help lead a more balanced life, which may include digital handouts and recorded meditations. During the duration of this package, the client will have unlimited email support from Lyndsay.
